The bid inactivity period has being reduced from 24 hours to 2 hours. The end date of the auction is set for Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10:00 am Central Standard Time. Any bid placed will reset the clock to 2 hours. A bid that falls outside of normal business hours will reset to the next business day.

Note: There is an Open House scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 11:30 to 1:30 and on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 from 1:30 to 3:30. Everyone attending the Open House will be required to sign in and complete a Liability Release Form. The Forms are for the individual day and can be found in the IFB and Other Documents Section.

Note: In order to bid, Registered Bidders will need to fill out the Bidder Registration Form located in the back of the Invitation for Bids located in the IFB and Other Documents Section. There is a $6,500 Registration Deposit that can be paid by a cashier's check or credit card. The credit card information can be entered in the appropriate space on the Bidder Registration Form. The forms can be emailed, faxed, or mail to the address or number at the bottom of the form. A bidder's address on the Bidder Registration Form must match the address used to create your account. Once the address is verified, the credit card is charged or the check processed and you will be released to bid.
