What is a Subscriber?

A Subscriber in GSA Real Estate Sales is someone who has created an account via Login.gov but has not completed the Identity Verification process required to become a bidder on a listing. While subscribers cannot bid on auctions, they can access several helpful features to stay informed about properties of interest.

Being a subscriber helps you stay informed about GSA Real Estate listings without committing to the bidding process. It’s the perfect option for those in the early stages of exploring properties or evaluating opportunities.

What Can Subscribers Do?

Favorite Listings

Subscribers can "favorite" a listing by clicking the star icon on the auction they want to track. By tagging a listing as a favorite, subscribers agree to receive email notifications related to that property. These notifications include:

• Automated Updates: Alerts when changes occur to the listing.
• Manual Notifications: Emails sent by the Realty Specialist with updates about the property.
• System Announcements: General notifications about platform updates or events.
  
  

Access the Buyer Dashboard

The Buyer Dashboard provides subscribers with an organized view of their favorite listings. It’s a convenient way to track all selected properties in one place, ensuring you never miss an update.

Remove Favorites

If you no longer wish to receive email updates for a specific listing, simply unblock the star icon on the property. This action removes the listing from your favorites and unsubscribes you from further notifications about it.
